Wayland Dads – Dad & Kid Saturday Morning Drop-In

A favorite Wayland Dads tradition is back! Volunteer dads open the Loker School gym for play and social time for preschoolers through 3rd graders. We roll out mats, open the big room, and bring out toys for the younger ones — while dads enjoy coffee and bagels (free of charge), thanks to the Wayland Dads Golf Tournament and our generous sponsors. Learn more at our website -https://www.waylanddads.org/drop-in

Remaining 2025–26 Drop-In Dates after December 6 are:
  • January 10
  • February 7
  • March 7
We’re always looking for more dad volunteers to help open and close the gym. The WCPA covers insurance, and Wayland Dads provides the janitor, coffee, and bagels.

Interested in helping out? Email wayland.dads@gmail.com to join the volunteer organizers list.

Wayland High School Prom Late Night is a free, safe, and substance-free after-prom celebration fully funded by the Wayland community and local businesses. Organized and run entirely by parent volunteers, the event transforms the Wayland High School field house into a themed, immersive party scene featuring gathering spaces, mechanical bull, inflatable obstacle courses, gaming truck, and abundant food options generously donated by local restaurants and establishments.

Late Night is a Wayland tradition that gives students a memorable way to continue their prom festivities into the early morning hours, while offering families peace of mind knowing their teens are celebrating in a safe, supervised environment.
