Project Timeline and Phases
The project is organized into four distinct tasks, scheduled to begin in September 2025 and conclude in April.

Task 1: Evaluation & Analysis (14 Weeks)
The team will focus on understanding existing conditions through rigorous data collection. This phase establishes the foundational knowledge required for informed decision-making.
Task 2: Educational Visioning
Concurrent with the analysis, we will engage in interactive educational visioning with project stakeholders.
- Milestone: Tasks 1 & 2 are scheduled for completion by New Year's 2026.
Task 3: Master Plan Options (8 Weeks)
Using the gathered data and visioning feedback, the team will analyze information to develop specific master planning options for the district.
Task 4: Community Outreach (6 Weeks)
The final phase involves presenting the master planning options to key decision-makers and the greater Wayland community.

Since 1969, they have completed more than 175 K-12 school projects in New England. Their leadership team, with an average of 19 years with the firm, brings deep expertise to this study.
