What is PowerSchool?
It’s the new “Student Information System” for the Wayland Public Schools. It replaces Home Access Center (HAC).
What can I view in PowerSchool?
- Class schedules
- Grades
- Attendance
- Class assignments, due date and missing assignments
- Report cards (Only the High School can view historical grades.)
- Teachers names and email addresses
How do I access it?
Once you have an account set up, you can login via the web interface or the mobile app.

Around August 15th, the primary account holder for your student (listed as “mother) should have received an email from WAYLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS. The subject line said “PowerSchool Account Change.”

You should have received an email from the district inviting you to sign up. Regardless, you can go to
parentsquare.com and register for an account with your email address.
