Accounts Payable Manager: Oversees school and facility accounts payable operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments to guarantee the payment of supplies and student services.
Facility Coordination: Administration of district rentals and scheduling via SchoolDude, ensuring building use complies with Wayland School Committee policies and prioritizes educational programming.

Accountant/Analyst: Assists in all aspects of financial administration. Specifically, management of operating funds, state/federal grants, special revenue, and student activity accounts. Reconciliation of financial records, processing budget transfers, and administration of grant reimbursement requests. Ensures compilation of all financial reporting including state-mandated End of Year (EOY) reports and verifies fund availability for purchase requisitions, management of vendor 1099 tax forms, and serves as point person for annual external audit process.

Payroll Administration: Ensures accurate and timely compensation for all school district employees in collaboration with Human Resources and Finance departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Staff Inquiries: Direct point of contact for employee questions regarding paychecks, payroll deductions, and retirement accounts.
